Butterfly Beauty cusstomer Terms & Conditions

Health Conditions

Butterfly Beauty will carry out a consultation with all new clients dependant of treatment type requested. Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues or medical conditions that Butterfly Beauty may need to be aware of, including pregnancy. Butterfly Beauty will then be able to advise you accordingly of suitable treatments. Butterfly Beauty is unable to diagnose any conditions, please refer to the appropriate professional for advice.

Please note that some treatments require a patch test 24hours before treatment, this will be discussed when first booking with Butterfly Beauty

Mobile Services

For treatments in your home, Butterfly Beauty would appreciate it if you could ensure there is room for the treatment to be carried out, particularly when large equipment such as spray tan tents and massage tables are required.

Butterfly Beauty may arrive a few minutes early in order to set up any relevant equipment for your treatment.

Payment Methods and Deposits

A minimum booking fee of £15 per visit applies to all bookings excluding any offers or discounts applied. Bookings can be made by phone or via email.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or a valid gift voucher. Unfortunately Butterfly Beauty are unable to accept card payments at present.

Please note that certain treatments such as pamper parties may require a deposit to be placed upon booking. The deposit will then be deducted from the final payment. Cancellation of treatments where a deposit has been paid should be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a full refund is given. Unfortunately less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or products unless specified. There is no cash redemption. Party deposits are non refundable, in the event of a party cancellation a gift voucher will be issued for the value paid at time of reservation.

Butterfly Beauty reserves the right to request payment prior to any treatment taking place

Cancellation Policy

Butterfly Beauty requires at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your treatment. Should Butterfly Beauty arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately the full cost of the treatment will incur.

Waxing

Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Butterfly Beauty do not accept any responsibility for damage to clothing as part of a treatment. Avoid normal deodorants after under arm wax. The prices for waxing are based on time and may be increased depending of the level of hair removal and products required.

Time and Delays

Any delays caused by you will result in a reduction of treatment time. All times stated include do not preparation of treatment area and client.
This may vary depending on the treatment type and client. If the treatment time is shortened by the client the full cost of the treatment will still be payable.

Hygiene

It is the clients' responsibility to provide a clean and safe environment for treatments to be carried out. All equipment used is cleaned and sterile prior to any treatment taking place.
